Subject: IGS Node at IfAG-Frankfurt has no connection

The igs node at IfAG-Frankfurt (igs.ifag.de) has problems to deliver and receive 
GPS data due to interrupting Internet connections.

The problem is located at the German Telecom, they are working on it. At the 
moment we don't know when this problem will be solved.
