Subject: IfAG LAN Problem

A repeater within the local area network (LAN) at IfAG failed at 6:00 UTC this morning.
Due to this reason, the computer for the IGS data center is not connected to
the Internet. 
The hardware will be replaced within the next hours and we expect to be online
again later on this day (April 16,1997).
