Replacement of the GPS antenna has been completed effective 
96jan16 00:00:00 UT, (DOY 016).  Dorne Margolin T antenna (s.n.173) was
replaced with one with the RFI Low Noise modification (s.n.386). 

Although no significant variation of the antenna phase centre is expected 
from this change, overlapping tracking procedures are in place to ensure 
that any variation can be traced. IGS community will be informed of any
variation following analysis of these data.
