Subject: Grasse Station back operationnal (GRAS)

Following receiver problems at the Grasse station ( bad storm), a new 
receiver has been installed and also a new antenna. The Grasse 
station is back operationnal since october 3  - 00:00 U.T ( doy 277).
Receiver: SNR - 12 RM  # 242
Antenna: Margolin T  # 214

Updated station log has been submitted to IGSCB.
