Because of tracking problems experienced during the last 48 hours at STJO, both
the receiver and the antenna were replaced.

New receiver: Turbo-Rogue SNR 8000 # 161
New antenna: Dorne Margolin T  #284
Antenna height: unchanged =  .100 m to bottom of antenna assembly

Consequently no data are available for the period 
July 31 (DOY 213) 00:00 UT --> August 1 (DOY 214) approx 22:00 UT
