Subject: Westford/WES2 tracking resumed

Receiver T139 and antenna 146 were installed and has been operational at 
the station since 17:00 EST on 96/06/11. Currently the receiver is using
the internal clock w/clock steering option ON.

An updated station log was sent to IGSCB.
