ALGO clock was reset (rtcfix) near the end of 96May09 (DOY 130).

Please be advised:
     - Tracking was stopped at 23:57:00 96May09 (DOY 139);    
     - The clock was then reset;  
     - Tracking resumed 00:01:30 96May10 (DOY 140).
