Subject:  New oscillator in Tromsoe

Dear colleagues,

The Tromsoe IGS station have had problems with the oscillator latelly.
The receiver went down on Wednesday April 24, and the oscillator have been
replaced by a cecium oscillator, and the Rogue SNR-8 was up running again
on Monday April 29.

The system manager is upgrading the software on one of our mainframe computers
at Statens kartverk. This is the same computer that SK is using to
distribute the IGS data from the Scandinavian stations. The result is
unfortunatelly that no IGS data will be sent out from SK before Monday May 6.
The involved stations are: Tromsoe, Ny-Aalesund, Metsahovi, Onsala and
Thule.
