Subject: Change in Biases for NEOS Combination Series

In order to bring our Earth orientation estimates into alignment
with the IERS Central Bureau, we have introduced small bias jumps
into our combination solution starting this week. The
differences between the solutions are

          x(new) = x(old) - 0.178 (mas)
          y(new) = y(old) + 0.170 (mas)

No bias changes were made for UT1-UTC, dpsi, or depsilon.
