Subject: new-station_austria
Find enclosed the station log for the Austrian site Hafelekar <HFLK>.
This site is located on a high alpine summit (2335 m) near Innsbruck,
accessible by cableway during fair weather conditions. The site is
remotely controlled by the Graz observatory. Continuous measurements
started begin of October 1994 (with some interruptions). Data have been
forwarded to IFAG Frankfurt routinely. Due to the special design for
antenna protection ARP could not be referred to an open marker by now.
A GPS-tie will be measured after the cold period. An identical twin-
station is operating abouth 13 km south of HFLK, data are available on
request.
