Subject: Correct Statistics WK830-3 Final Orbits
Dear colleagues,
Below are corrected statistics tables for Wk830-3 Final orbits. The recent
change in reporting of the long arc RMS(LaRMS) for noneclipsing atellites caused
the LaRMS to be corrupted. We apologize for the mistake and the inconvenience
this might have caused.
