As outlined by Jan Kouba (IGS Mail 1202), the IGS "super" rapid
orbit/clock combinations are now generated daily within a delay of
38 hours.  The solutions are available daily on the Central Bureau
Information System:

   ftp igscb.jpl.nasa.gov
   cd /igscb/product/prelim/
   files: igp'wwwwd'.erp, igp'wwwwd'.sp3, igp'wwwwd'.sum
