Subject: McMurdo firmware update (MCM4).

The TurboRogue receiver firmware at McMurdo (MCM4) was updated at 00:00 UT
on Jan 13, 1996 to v0.9 link 01/03/96 (v3.2 with support for GPSMet). After
the update the flashcard was not reset until today. All of the data over
the weekend was lost. A new sitelog has been submitted to the IGSCB.
