Subject: Antenna change at WHI1

Due to very high interference at the Whittier Library (WHI1) site we have
swapped the antenna with a newer narrow band filter / low noise amplifier
TurboRogue antenna.  There is no change in the antenna height at the site.
The change was done at 22:00 UT on December 21, 1995. A new sitelog has
been forwarded to the IGS CB.
