The data from Whittier College (WHC1) from 29 Jun 1995 (DOY 180) is
actually data from Whittier Library due to a configuration mistake on the
automatic dialer.  The WHC1 files have been deleted from the JPL archive.
We are currently offloading the correct data files and we will make them
available as soon as they are retrieved.
