Subject: Santiago receiver shutdown

The Rogue receiver at Santiago, Chile will be shutdown at 1300UT on April
18,1995 for a re-survey by the ATSC.  The shutdown is expected to last for
two days.  We will notify the IGS community when the site has been
reinstalled.
