Subject: KIRU tracking problems

The TurboRogue receiver at Kiruna has experienced tracking
problems starting on 13/03/95 at around 07:00 UTC. The tracking
was decreasing gradually until the beginning of the next day when
the receiver stopped storing data in the flash card. Nevertheless,
according to the information sent to the comms ports, it had
apparently several satellites locked. On 15/03/95 at 10:00 UTC
the receiver was reset and the status went back to nominal.
