ADVISORY: Due to a major power failure caused by a wind & snow storm data
                    from ALBH is unavailable as follows:

                    DOY 043 approx. 22:45 UT until DOY 044 approx. 12:25 UT

                    The Cesium clock lost power as well. The clock was
readjusted on 
                     DOY 044  effective 21:25UT. Data between 12:25UT and
21:25UT
                     should be used with caution as the clock drift during
this time period
                     was high.

	     Our apologies for any inconveniences this may have caused.
