The ROGUE SNR-8C installed by CNES on Kerguelen Islands is operational
since November 16. The antenna is now stationned at its final position
and we are receiving data on a daily basis in Toulouse.
The approximate coordinates are :

		X =  1406335.0
		Y =  3918160.0
		Z = -4816170.0
