Subject: Richmond/RCM5 firmware update and met data 

Subject: Richmond (RCM5) Turbo Rogue v 3.0 firmware and surface meteorological data 

On November 15, 1994 a Turbo Rogue receiver (T160) running firmware v 3.0 was 
installed at the station around 14:15:00 UTC. The updated station log was sent
to IGS CB on the same day. 

The surface met data are available on a weekly basis at this time. The met instruments
was made by R. M. Young and was set to 15_minute sampling rate. Currently, the data
are stored in the CIGNET distribution system: gracie: /users/ftp/dist/cignet/.R
