Subject: New Site - Davis
A permanent GPS receiver has been installed at the Australian Antarctic
Research Station - Davis, in Princess Elizabeth Land Antarctica. The
monument is a concrete pad set in rock at ground level approximately 60
metres from the station buildings.
The GPS antenna is permanently located on the pad and is covered by an acrylic dome.
Monument inscription: AUS99
This is a permanent installation.
Brief station information follows and a site report has been submitted to IGSCB.
