Subject: JPLM data for day 109

  Due to interferance with receiver operations at another site, JPLM data
  file for day 109, April 19th, should be considered corrupt. A new file
  is available at JPL and will be available tonight from CDDIS. JPLM data
  for the next couple of days will be delayed until we are sure the offending
  receiver has been corrected.

  My apologise for any inconvience this may cause.
