Subject: PERTH tracking problems.

The TurboRogue at Perth stopped the tracking on 07/04/94 at 6:15 UTC
due to unknown reasons. The tracking was resumed on 08/04/94 at
7:30, but a few minutes later the receiver stopped storing
data in the flash card.

This problem was fixed on 09/04/94 at 7:45 UTC. The receiver
had a erratic behaviour when trying to recognize the flash
card. After several tests it was necessary a card reformating.

Now the situation is nominal.
