YELL - Receiver / Antenna Change
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 94mar16 - A Turbo Rogue receiver and antenna were installed at the YELL site;
         - Tracking with Mini-Rogue Dorne Margolin B ended at 18:00 UT;
         - Session one data submitted covering 00:00 - 18:00 UT time period:
                YELL0751.94N_Z  &  YELL0751.94O_Z
         - Tracking with Turbo-Rogue Dorne Margolin T commenced shortly after
            20:00 UT;
         - NEW ANTENNA HEIGHT is 0.082 metres;
YELL - DATA RESUBMISSION
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 94mar17 - Session two data resubmitted covering 20:00 - 24:00 UT time period:

                YELL0752.94N_Z  &  YELL0752.94O_Z

          - the files submitted at 14:25 UT were removed before new files
             replaced them at 15:40 UT;
             (the originally submitted session two files erroneously covered
              the entire day)

STJO - MISSING NAVIGATION FILES
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 Problems with the data at the STJO site have resulted in a partial loss of
 ephemeris information on julian day 071 ( STJO0710.94N_Z ) and a complete
 lack of ephemeris information on julian day 072 and session one of julian
 day 073.  Consequently there are no files:
                STJO0720.94N_Z or STJO0731.94N_Z
 The Turbo Rogue receiver at STJO was reset during the julian day 073 antenna
 switch.  Data problems subsequently disappeared.
