ADVISORY:  The Turbo Rogue Receiver at DRAO once again froze causing a loss
           of data commencing D059 17:31UT. The receiver was revived shortly
           after 00:00UT D060. The source of the problem can be "blamed" on 
           the version of the software we are using in this receiver. It is a
           Beta version of release 3.0; hopefully the problems we are 
           encountering now will alleviate future problems.
