STJO domes #40101M001

SNR-8C receiver was replaced by SNR-8000 effective Feb 26 (DOY 57) 00:00 UT. 

Antenna type (Margolin B) and height (0.162 m to Base of choke ring) remain
unchanged. 

Due to some difficulties in this switch over, a 4 hour gap was introduced at
the end of the day for STJO data DOY 56

Site information form will be submitted to IGS/CB within a couple days.
