we forgot to remove PRN17 from our precise ephemeris file 

                        COD07324.EPH

This satellite had a manoeuvre on this day (January 20, 1994) at about
20:10 o'clock. The precise file contained extrapolated positions for the
rest of the day (20:10 - 24:00).

have been replaced at the global data centers.
