         Subject: Local site tie from Metsahovi mobile VLBI point  
                  to Metsahovi GPS point

         The site tie from  the mobile VLBI mark (IERS 10503M002,
         CDP 7601) to the permanent Metsahovi GPS site (IERS 10503S011) 
         has been re-evaluated, using GPS data, to:

              dx= 1918.178     dy= 1548.001     dz= -1324.664
