The Turbo-Rogue located at Kiruna stopped the tracking on
28/10/93 at 3:00 UTC. After a power off in the station, the
receiver did not succeed in running autorogue automatically.
The normal operation was reestablished on 29/10/93 at 8:00 UTC.
