A new TurboRogue was installed at Perth on 14/09/93 to replace
the unit damaged on 03/09/93 during a lightning storm.

The new antenna is in the same position as the old one. The
antenna height was not changed, remains 57 mm.

The first day available is 14/09/93 (DOY 257) from 08:39:30 UTC.
