JPL was notified at about 16:00 PDT August 9 that the antenna at
Kokee was move by surveyors for the purpose of performing a tie
to the new 20 meter VLBI antenna. The antenna relocation was
approximately 1 meter for the time periods listed below. JPL had
no foreknowledge of this event and we can only advise you that
the event took place.
