Richmond Observatory - New Monument
-----------------------------------
A new GPS monument was installed in July 1993 at the U.S. Coast Guard Communication
Station which is approximately 500 meters from the Observatory.

A GPS system was installed in the Astrometry Laboratory at the Wuhan Technical
University of Surveying and Mapping. Data have been sent to CIGNET Information
Center (CIC) regularly and then, after converting to RINEX format, are available
in CDDIS.
