(1) SIO orbital products:

Effective GPS week 0695: we will output satellite orbits in SP1 & SP3 formats.

For example for GPS week 0695:

 ftp toba.ucsd.edu (132.239.13.12)
 login: anonymous
 password: your name
 directories: igs_products (subdirectories according to GPS week)
Direct problems to: stark at pgga.ucsd.edu

(2) Gap in SIO time series:

By the end of this week, we will have made up the missing GPS weeks
0671-0675. These will be stored under the usual igs_products directory.
We will now have a continuous time series from GPS weeks 0606-0695.
