Just a reminder that the JPL Data center will be offline from 
0:00UT Feb 27 through 16:00UT Mar 1. This is due to facillty
maintance. We are also taking advantage of this shutdown to
upgrade our networking capacity.

Subject: New mail at AIUB for IGSMAIL and IGSREPORT

Today at AIUB in Berne we have switched from mail system. This should 
NOT change anything for the outside world. Our e-mail addresses will remain 
unchanged. But for sending the IGSMAIL and IGSREPORT messages this caused a
small problem. Therefore IGSMAIL.208 was not distributed to everyone which
explains why I am sending it again. I think (and hope) to have overcome all
the starting problems. If anyone notices anything going wrong please let me
know.
