Please be advised that our GPS rogue receivers at PAMA and HART were
upgraded to CONAN 4.2 Meenix 7.3 on February 8, 1993.

Data at PAMA were not collected between 00:00 and 01:01 UT; upgrade was
effective at 01:01 UT.

Data at HART were not collected between 12:00 and 13:02 UT; upgrade was
effective at 13:02 UT.
