This week we include the following information:

(1) Updated coordinates in ITRF91 reference frame based on
    16 months of PGGA/GARNER solutions at SIO

(2) Polar motion results for 30 December '92 to 08 January '93

1) Updated coordinates and polar motion results.

    The new set of coordinates described below is based on the 
    analysis of the of the first 16 months of PGGA/GARNER solutions.

2. Solution Identifier: Submission 930116
3. Software used: GAMIT/GLOBK
4. Definition of Terrestrial Reference Frame:
     Origin: Nominally ITRF91
     Orientation: Nominally ITRF91
     Reference epoch: 1992.836  (MJD 48927.0)
     Relativity Scale: Terrestrial
     Velocity of light: 299792458.0 m/sec
     Permanent tidal correction: None

5. Adjusted parameters:
   (a) Double-difference data
   (b) Single day orbit arcs, 6 ICs and 2 radiation parameters per 
       satellite-per-day
   (c) One-per-day-per-station zenith tropospheric parameter,
   (d) Bias parameters, one for each independent double difference 
combination.
   (e) Station positions with +- 10 m constraints at stations other 
than: ALGO, DRAO, CANB, MADR, FAIR, KOKB, KOSG, MASP, MATE, MCMU, 
      METS, ONSA, PAMA, TROM, WTZ1, YAR1, YELL
For these stations constraints of +0.001 m for horizontal and +-0.005 m for the height
were used.
   (f) X and Y pole position once per day.  (No estimate is made of UT1-
AT since these deviations are absorbed into the orbital parameters).

NOTES:
 (a) DOMES numbers are incomplete in some cases (denoted by ???).,
 (b) The epoch refers to the epoch at which the site position applies.
We have added the velocities adopted for these sites at the end of each line.
The velocities are NUVEL-1 velocities taken from IGS mail #90.
 (c) The PEQ notation in the site name (JP1Q, GOLQ, PN1Q, SO2Q, VNDQ) denotes 
post-Landers earthquake position (applicable after 11:58 UTC June 28, 1992).
 (d) These coordinates were estimated from 16 months of PGGA/GARNER solutions
(14 August 1991 to 14 November 1992).
They have been rotated and translated into the ITRF91 frame by use
of the horizontal coordinates at all sites.
 (e) The number of days that each site was observed will be given in next week's report.
 (f) Coordinate uncertainties are preliminary and will be updated in next week's report.
 (g) The above coordinates should be corrected for  several antenna discrepancies
     as reported in IGS mail #168.
