Subject: Present IGS status at Graz Lustbhel

Our ROGUE receiver has been connected to 5 MHz standard frequency of
the time-lab <TUG Graz> on Monday , August 3rd, 1992.
As already announced an additional P-code Ashtech was installed
in Graz (parallel to Zimmerwald). This receiver was only partly
operational since August 3rd due to insufficient antenna cable
length.
Regular unattended automatic observation and data-distribution
started with day 226, 00:00 UT. The receiver is connected to the
5 MHz standard frequency of the time lab <TUG Graz>, data
dissemination to IFAG Frankfurt starts at day 227, 0 UT.
According to the proposal of IGN/Paris the station code is <GRAA>.
The centering elements are referred to the antenna bottom and will
be distributed within 2 days. Consequently the antenna height is set
to zero.
Informations on the success of EPOCH '92 (part Graz) will be given
within the next week.

2. The following satellites are included (by PRN): 2,3,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,23,24,25,26,28
3. AS was activated on Day 214, approximately 1:00 GPS time and remained on for the duration of the
day. Satellites with AS: 2,16,17,20,21,23,24,25,26,28.
4. The RINEX files for some Rogue receivers contain no AS-affected satellites, others exhibit noisier
measurements. The latter is the primary cause of the higher than normal RMS.
5. Primarily to support the EPOCH-92, "codeless" data from Hobart, Wellington and Townsville have been
included to aid the orbit determination.
6. The sx and sy for day 48835.5 are scaled from the formal values. Other values are formal sigmas.
