plus C21 = -0.17e-09 and S21 = 1.19e-09)
- Solar Third Body Attraction
- Lunar Third Body Attraction
- Solid Tides, k2 = 0.300, phi = 0, Wahr frequency dependent corrections
- Ocean Tides , Schwiderski; n = 6, m = 2, 11 tidal constituents
- Non-Gravitational:
Solar Pressure + Thermal Emission: Fliegel et al. (1992),
models T10 for BLOCK I and T20 for BLOCK II
Y-bias acceleration
The tracking data of all 17 GPS satellites available at the moment are
used.
c) Ground Stations:
The following table gives an overview over the ground stations, that have
been included into the GPS-data processing at ESOC. Except where otherwise
noted ("remarks"), corrections are taken from IGS Mail No. 33 - IGS site
information and coordinates - (Boucher and Altamimi).

with: "F" ... coordinates of ground station kept fixed,
"E" ... coordinates of ground station estimated,
"-" ... ground station not included on that day.
These coordinates are referred to ITRF91 at epoch 1992.5 (IGS Mail No. 33)
- Atmospheric modelling is done according to the Willmann-Model
- Ground Station Receiver Clock Biases are ignored in the evaluations
d) Earth Rotation Parameters: IERS Bulletin A, UT1 held fixed
e) Observations:
Double differenced carrier phases, ionosphere-free combination.
Elevation cutoff set to 10 degrees, evaluation of the data on day-by-day
basis.
3. PARAMETERS TO BE ESTIMATED PER 1-DAY ARC
a) Satellite Parameters per Spacecraft:
. . .
- one orbital state X,Y,Z, X,Y,Z at start epoch
- one scaling factor for solar pressure T10 or T20 model
- one Y-bias acceleration
- one satellite clock drift parameter
b) Station related parameters per ground station:
- ground station position (if marked with an "E" in the table)
- every 3 hours an atmospheric zenith delay parameter (Willmann Model)
- DD-phase ambiguities as real-valued parameters (at least one for each
observable double difference combination, additional parameters for
cycle slips)
c) Earth Rotation Parameters:
- one pair of pole coordinates xp and yp per day
4. PARAMETERS TO BE KEPT FIXED IN THE SOLUTION
a) Satellite Parameters per Spacecraft:

SUBECT: Eccident when submittig our ERP-files
When I submitted our second ERP-file this morning, I had to see, that all re-
cords being longer than 80, have been cut off by the mailing proceedure. Ad-
ditionally I've found an error for day 185. The repaired ERP-files will be sub-
mitted as soon as possible.

ORRORAL GPS RECEIVER
====================
The Orroral pcode Ashtech receiver ceased operation on day 199. Since that
time a codeless dual frequency Trimble 4000 SST has been in operation at
Orroral.
The intention is to have the pcode Ashtech back at Orroral as soon as
possible, though this will not be before the end of Epoch 92.
