a new set of station 4-digit ID "after" the campaign started. 

Next time, before you guys make any decisions which affect the current data
flow operation, please consult the "major players" first !!!

By the way, are these newly assigned station IDs set in stone? Or, can they be
changed in the mid-campaign?
