[IGS-MGWG] Multi-GNSS Pilot Project / Working Group Meeting

Dear colleagues,

in view of sparse response on my earlier poll for a personal meeting at 
EGU, I would now plan to hold the next meeting of the Multi-GNSS Pilot 
Poject / Working Group virtually (via Skype for Business) in the next 
month. Given the time zones of the majority of members, I'd suggest a 
morning time in Europe = evening in Asia, namely

08:00 UTC = 09:00 CEST (Paris,Potsdam,Munich) = 16:00 CST (Wuhan, 
Shanghai) = 17:00 JST (Tokyo)

Alternatively, we could meet at

11:00 UTC = 12:00 CEST (Paris,Potsdam,Munich) = 19:00 CST (Wuhan, 
Shanghai) = 20:00 JST (Tokyo) = 07:00 AST (Fredericton)

to include our Canadian members (during breakfast) .

Concerning dates, I would like to offer Feb 19 (Mon), 22 (Thu), and 23 
(Fri) as possible alternatives.
