From Oliver.Montenbruck at dlr.de Mon Jan 22 06:39:40 2024 From: Oliver.Montenbruck at dlr.de (Oliver.Montenbruck at dlr.de) Date: Mon, 22 Jan 2024 06:39:40 +0000 Subject: [IGS-MGWG] MGWG meeting at EGU24 Message-ID: <489d34272afe4589a2908f774c6d78f1@dlr.de> Dear colleagues, with this mail, I would like to inquire about your availability for a splinter meeting of the IGS Multi-GNSS Working Group / Pilot project members during the week of EGU24 (Mon April 15 to Fri April 19). Given the difficulty of arranging telecons across the globe and hoping that many of you would anyhow come to Vienna for the conference, this would offer an excellent opportunity for an in-person meeting prior to the IGS Workshop in Bern. I can apply for a meeting room with the EGU organizers once the program is out (trying to avoid conflicts with key sessions of interest) but nee to know beforehand, who and how many of you would be able to attend. Topics to be discussed would include: * Status of Combination Task Force; findings and recommendations for multi-GNSS product generation * BeiDou/QZSS campaign (initiated by Reference Frame Coordinator) for PCO/PV calibration and alignment with IGS20 * WG/PP Chair transition Please send your reply before the end of the current week. Given the time zones of the majority of members, I'd suggest a morning time in Europe = evening in Asia, namely 08:00 UTC = 09:00 CEST (Paris,Potsdam,Munich) = 16:00 CST (Wuhan, Shanghai) = 17:00 JST (Tokyo) Alternatively, we could meet at 11:00 UTC = 12:00 CEST (Paris,Potsdam,Munich) = 19:00 CST (Wuhan, Shanghai) = 20:00 JST (Tokyo) = 07:00 AST (Fredericton) to include our Canadian members (during breakfast) . Concerning dates, I would like to offer Feb 19 (Mon), 22 (Thu), and 23 (Fri) as possible alternatives.
