[IGS-Equipment-Files] igs20_2343.atx: Update including new receiver antenna calibrations and one correction

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs20_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'igs20_2343.atx'.

Following additional antenna type calibrations have been added that were performed by Geo++ GmbH:

1) One robot calibration provided by ComNav Technology Ltd.:
CNTMARSPRO      NONE

2) One robot calibration provided by Pozstar Dreamtns Co., Ltd.:
DREPOZP5        NONE

3) One robot calibration provided by Leica Geosystems AG:
LEIGS05         NONE

4) One robot calibration provided by Guangzhou GEOSURV Information Technology Co.,Ltd.:
GING40PLUS      NONE

5) One robot calibration provided by Star Information Technology Co., LTD:
STCSELITE       NONE

6) Two robot calibrations provided by South Geoinformation:
STHG4           NONE
STHINNO8        NONE

7) One robot calibration provided by Stonex Europe srl:
STXS999         NONE

During the preparation of the ANTEX file the antenna pattern for SEPVC6150L was copied by me from a wrong antenna. The pattern have been changed. Note that the antenna was not used within the IGS network
