[IGS-Equipment-Files] igs20_2283.atx: Update including three new receiver antenna calibrations

Dear IGS colleagues,



The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs20_wwww.atx) has been updated.

The new release is called 'igs14_2283.atx'. It contains the following

changes:



1) One additional robot calibration has been added:

  - EML_REACH_RS3   NONE (copied from EML_REACH_RS2   NONE)



  According to the manufacturer, EML_REACH_RS3  and EML_REACH_RS2 are identical in

  construction. Therefore, calibration values were copied from EML_REACH_RS2



2) One additional robot calibration has been added:

  - TPSHIPER_CR     NONE (copied from SOKGCX3         NONE, verification by calibration (Geo++))



  According to the manufacturer, TPSHIPER_CR NONE and SOKGCX3 NONE are identical

  in construction. Therefore, calibration values were copied from TRM105000.10

  after verification by Geo++.



3) One additional robot calibration has been added that were performed by Geo++ GmbH:



  - One robot calibration provided by JAVAD GNSS Inc. has been added

    JAVTRIUMPH_1MPR NONE
