[IGS-Equipment-Files] antenna.gra file correction

Dear Colleagues,

I have been notified by Trimble that I copied the wrong antenna diagram for the TRM115000.00+S into the antenna.gra file.  The correct antenna diagram has been added to the antenna.gra file.  The updated diagram makes clearer the spacer between the bottom of the antenna (BPA) and the bottom of the dome.  My apologies for the inconvenience.
