[IGS-Equipment-Files] igs14_2148.atx: Update including two new receiver antenna calibrations

Dear IGS colleagues,


The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs14_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'igs14_21348.atx'. It contains the following 
changes:

1) One additional robot calibration has been added:

   - LEIAS11         NONE (copied from LEICGA100       NONE)

   According to the manufacturer, LEIAS11 and LEICGA100 are identical in
   construction. Therefore, calibration values were copied from LEICGA100.

2) One additional robot calibration has been added that were performed 
by Geo++ GmbH:

   - SEPPOLANT_X_MF  NONE




The updated antenna correction model is available at
