[IGS-Equipment-Files] antenna.gra update

Dear Colleagues,

Two corrections have been made to the antenna.gra file.  

1.  The antenna ARP has been changed from BAM to BPA for the TRM115000.00+S  SCIT as recommended by NGS/Trimble.
2.  The antenna height has been changed on the antenna graphic for the SPPSP85 per the manufacturer correction.
