[IGS-Equipment-Files] igs14_2129.atx: Update including two new receiver antenna calibrations

Dear IGS colleagues,


The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs14_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'igs14_2129.atx'. It contains the following 
changes:




1) Three additional antenna type calibrations has been added that were 
performed by Geo++ GmbH:

      - One robot calibration provided by Stonex SRL. has been added:
        STXS900A        NONE

      - One robot calibration provided by TI Asahi Co.,Ltd.has been added:
        TIAPENG6J2      NONE

      - One robot calibration provided by Trimble Inchas been added:
        TRMR12I         NONE

2) One additional antenna type calibrations has been added that were 
performed by Geoscience Australia:

      - One robot calibration provided by EMLID has been added:
        EML_REACH_RS2   NONE
