[IGS-Equipment-Files] igs14_2113.atx: CNTT300+ to CNTT300PLUS

Dear colleagues,

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs14_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'igs14_2113.atx'. It contains the following changes:

1) Renaming of CNTT300+ to CNTT300PLUS

2) According to the University of Bonn the radome of four CNT antennas 
was wrongly labed as CNTS instead of NONE:

     Changed:

   - CNTAT340 CNTS to CNTAT340 NONE

   - CNTT30 CNTS to CNTT30 NONE

   - CNTT300 CNTS to CNTT300 NONE

   - CNTT300PLUS CNTS to CNTT300PLUS NONE

3) According to the antex14 format description the entries for 
R04,R06,C05, and C08 are not supported. The corresponding entries have 
been removed for the TWIVC6050 antenna entries.
