The following updates were made to the antenna.gra file.

06 FEB 2020  Added PDAPD9, TPSCR4
                   TPSCR.G3 pre-amp diameter corrected
                   TPSCR.G5/TPSCR.G5C pre-amp diameter and TCR corrected
