[IGS-Equipment-Files] igs14_2136.atx: Update including three new receiver antenna calibrations

Dear IGS colleagues,


The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs14_wwww.atx) has been updated.
The new release is called 'igs14_2136.atx'. It contains the following changes:

1) Two additional robot calibration:

SEPVC6150L      NONE (copied from TWIVC6150 NONE) SEPVC6150L      SCIS  (copied from TWIVC6150 SCIS)

   According to the manufacturer, SEPVC6150L and TWIVC6150 are identical in
   construction. Therefore, calibration values were copied from TWIVC6150.

2) One additional robot calibration
   SPP135000.00    NONE (copied from TRM105000.10 NONE, verification by calibration (Geo++))

   According to the manufacturer, SPP135000.00 and TRM105000.10 are identical
   in construction. Therefore, calibration values were copied from TRM105000.10
   after verification by Geo++
